A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers have the right to cancel this contract under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., by letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard one), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to the following address without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation:

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods:

  • that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or decision by you is decisive, or
  • that are clearly tailored to your personal needs.

Personalized items and special orders with delivery times of 6–10 weeks are therefore excluded from cancellation.

The right of withdrawal also does not apply to customers who, at the time of concluding the contract, reside outside the EU and whose delivery address is also outside the EU.

General Notes on Returns

  • Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components.
  • Use protective outer packaging if necessary. Please do not return the goods freight collect.
  • These notes are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

C. Return Policy

1. Return Period

The return period is 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods. The shipping date of your return is decisive.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Return

Returns are excluded in the following cases:

  • Opened or damaged products (except transport damage)
  • Missing or opened accessories
  • Personalized products (e.g., customized prints)
  • Reordered items with a delivery time of 6–10 weeks

3. Refunds

If a return is accepted, the following rules apply:

  • Full refund if the item is returned unopened and in its original condition
  • Partial refund for opened items depending on condition:
    • Discounts starting at 10% (minimum €10.00)
    • Reduction for damaged packaging

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer.
